Help! Is this a respiratory infection? I just noticed this poor girls face was a little puffy today. First picture was just a couple days ago and second is today. I noticed she was closing her eye more while sitting on my lap today. She’s eating, drinking, running around and seeming to be pooping normally. I think I noticed her sneeze a couple times but that’s it. What can I do? She’s only 7 weeks and these are my first chickens, I clean everything everyday, fresh water, plenty of airflow
