My quails have been laying eggs for about three months

and every now and then I get eggs that have blood in them I collect them daily and don't have a clue why they have blood inside the eggs

We get this in our chicken eggs every once in a while. It's caused from a ruptured blood vessel while the egg is being formed. They are safe to eat. The only reason you haven't seen them in eggs before (store bought) is because of the screening the eggs go through before they go to market.

Absolutely normal. It freaks some people out, but it is what it is. Remember we are eating eggs that came out of a bird,a little blood isn't going to hurt you. Some birds seem to lay eggs with blood in them. I bet you have one girl that laid all those eggs.
