Hello, I am currently treating my ladies for coccidiosis with Toltrazuril.
The fotos were taken 2 days apart, so there is no improvement at all.

The third photo (blue cycle) was taken after washing the droppings with water.

Would love to read your feedback.
Thanks a lot in advance

When blood, and that does appear to be blood, although the photos are poorly lit, I always suggest a sulfa antibiotic be given along with the Corid treatment. Also, a drench dose of Corid should be given the birds showing symptoms of sickness.

The Corid drench dose is .1ml of undiluted Corid liquid per pound of body weight once a day by syringe for three days in addition to the Corid solution.

The antibiotic can be found in most pigeon supply shops or pet stores. Ask for Trimethoprin sulfa.

How old are they?

It looks like intestinal shedding, but quite a bit.
Did you give the Toltrazuril for 3 consecutive days per the package and the medicated water was the only water they drank for the 3 days?

Anyone acting sick? I'd follow up with a probiotic. It would be a good idea to have a sulfa antibiotic on hand if the shedding continues. If possible, take a sampling of poop to your vet to get a fecal float this will tell is worms and Coccidiosis are the problem.

Thank you @Wyorp Rock
They are 6 months old.
I gave them Toltrazuril for 3 days. Strictly following the guidelines of the vet who says that antibiotics are not needed.
However I will go with sulfa as there is clearly a deterioration (more blood than before)

That is much better. I do see an abundance of intestinal lining with perhaps what could be some blood. But missing the third dimension of actually seeing it in person, I could be perceiving it inaccurately.

When intestinal lining continues to appear in poop beyond a one-off, it's smart to treat with an antibiotic, because the same thing that causes bleeding can cause excessive intestinal shed - bacteria. Try to find that sulfa. It's the recommended antibiotic for this type of thing.
