blood on eggs & dirty bottom! Whats wrong with my girl?

My one year old tetra tint (Lady Edith) has recently started laying eggs with blood streaks and this morning I noticed her bum looks very dirty/messy. I hope she is not egg bound - I have no idea what to do. Please help.

Start by checking her over really well - especially around her vent - for mites and lice. Use a bright light and watch for small movements. Sometimes a bad mite infestation can cause scabbing around their vent and leave very small streaks on the eggs.
