Blood on membrane

So you know the white part or the membrane covering the baby chick once the shell is gone well I invited my nephew and nieces over because they wanted to see lemons (my broody hen) babies they started pecking today and when I turn away for a second my niece has peeled back some of the white stuff and there was some blood coming from inside it idk what to do the baby is ok she/he looks ok but did my niece damage it in any way I’m checking on the chick in a few hours can I help thanks 😊

That's called the membrane. How bad is it bleeding? Can you get a picture?
It’s not bleeding to bad I mean idk if it was bleeding in the first place I wiped a little of it away but here’s the picture I took mainly the chick itself isn’t bleeding I just need to know if it will be ok
