Blood Poop? Sneezing

my chicken was sneezing alot and today it's alot less, but I'm worried about him
and when I checked his poop I found some blood and some poop was alittle red

Chick info :
Breed: (I will send Pic)
Age : 2-4 weeks (I will send Pic )
food: Crushed Corn
water change : daily, and sometimes twice aday
I will go take pics as soon as I find my phone lol, I just woke up so I'm kinda lost
