Blood Pressure?

I've been working on getting healthier, and lowering my blood pressure is one of my goals.
Just now mine was 117/64 68 pulse. What's yours?

Wow, that's high. Are you feeling better now?
I was feeling fine, just white knuckles getting there and back home.
Where I retired from has a few mornings in September they have a free blood work. I usually go around 10 but with the traffic I opted to leave the house 5:45 so it took 19 minutes to get there ... I was back home by 6:35.....later this morning I checked and it was an hour and half. Most of the rds going across the river are under construction or the bridges are out. So I don't go that direction unless necessary.

Driving at night is getting harder for me, so I get it! Next time I drive at night I think I'll check my blood pressure before & after. Hope they get your roads fixed soon.

Echocardiogram - I was hoping to start running competitively :old , but was having problems with completing the 5K distance without stopping to catch my breath. Echocardiogram showed that I have 'moderate cardiac insufficiency' due to Aortic valve problems. Discovered this 4 years ago, and it has not worsened and have no other cardiac symptoms. It's possible I have had this my entire life as I have never been able to distance run without stopping to catch my breath.

Yeah I'm at the age where I have cataracts. Not bad enough to replace yet they said. But LED headlights are not my friend. The concrete barriers were right on the lines and the crew working had bright work lights. Then the exit has been changed to a diverging diamond, which I didn't know and was confusing that I was on the wrong side of the road...in the dark.
About 5 years before all the Rd construction is done on the interstate, but they keep starting on state RDS.
