blood ring or blind

might get grossed out but i will show you mine. I ended up putting him down after trying so many things to help him. including surgery.

he was very sad. this was about a yr. ago? just guessing Im horrible with time. I didnt want to hurt him any more. it was a hard mass that seemed to come up over night. had it been infection I think i could of removed it. I added the antibiotics straight to it to soften it but there was none of that so I found where someone on here had removed such a lump and i operated following her guide ( its a good read) and it was not removable .

You tried your best granny I'm not sure I would fancy tackling a lump like that with surgery! It's always a very difficult decision to cull and one that's never taken lightly. I'm the same though I would sooner any animal be out of its misery than keep them going for my own sake.

Wow you really are a super woman granny :hugs

LOL, Not even close yorkshire. the rooster was pretty cooperative. normally if there is a lump that is movable it will be cyst or non-malignant tumor but if it wont budge you can about be assured its cancer.

Thanks for the advice granny I hatched out 17 not to bad for a rookie will take some pics and post them soon

I dont remember the advise but congrats on a great hatch !!!
