How has the humidity been this time? Yes it may well have ran out by now but not maybe not. This is a catch 22 again not wanting to candle too much but needing to know if to make a pip hole?

all dead but one polish mix. turned bator down to 99 it went from 105 to 106 I am assisting hatch and lifting lid to try and hurry it out of there.

Oh granny what a bummer I hope you get it out ok it is such a shame that the others have passed. I wish we were closer so I could lend you my incubator to give you some happy news with your eggs. Have you thought about getting a circulated air one instead of still air? Your new one is still isn't it?
105-106 is very erratic and must be a real nightmare for you

yes, still air. I cant afford another now. this one is really messed up. All I wanted was some serama babies. a good start of them you know. maybe just not meant to be.

Good point there enola. Granny you havnt had it very long so it must be under some kind of warranty? I'm not sure what you have over the pond but here it could be returned under consumer act of whatever it is. Not fit for purpose or use or so to say "not what it says on the tin"

I've got a baby The second egg that pipped has hatched e It's a blue colour and must have been out a while because it's dry and fluffing up. Looks ok peeping away. It has hatched some time between 8.30pm and 3am when I got up for a check. Will post some pics when my eyes have woken up right!! The first to pip no action yet and no other pips on any eggs.

How have you got on with your final egg did you get it out ok?

congrats !!! nno, mine is not out. been pipped for 3 days now. shrink wrapped this morning so I was going to finish the hatch and seen a BIG yolk sac still. no blood veins. so i wrapped it up and stuck it back in there. I kind of wish it would die on its own. I am sure it wont make it and it will be up to me to finish the job. what a birthday present. LOL a half dead chick.
