Hi there Granny! How you doing? Did you set those eggs that had been at the PO for so long? Might set some polish tomorrow for the Easter hatch a long. Have 31 eggs I could set!! Not moved any more chicks on yet. Think two of those 6 week olds are Roos They are getting the sticky up tails and are really squaring up to each other now.

2 roos aint bad. I am ok and i put the eggs in the new bator 2 days ago. I cant find where i might of said i put some polish in the old bator and have no idea when lock down will be. I have 8 eggs in there.

I can't find it either granny! I don't think you said the day they went in just that you had some in.

oh lord, leave it to an ol granny. lol I guess if they start pipping its time . I didnt mark the seramas either. normally write it on the egg.

I just took a very long nap. from whenever i was on here earlier til now. too much chocolate.

Ooh I've just eaten a load of chocolate too! Ferrero rocher, they were lovely Its nearly bed time for me so not sure it was a good idea to eat them before bed. I might have funny dreams!! Though can't get much weirder than I already have.

A surprise hatch then for you When you candle have a guess at them. How's your daughter and family doing in there new home? Good I hope. Must be nice seeing the kids but then able to send them home for some quiet time! I bet you couldn't have had a long nap when they were staying with you.

The incubator is on and warming through Can't wait to get some eggs in. I feel better now with the gentle purr of the incubator going in the house!!

ohh happy day ! LOL your chicks are so pretty. I have chick envy. lol i candled the polish mix last night and i see little feet kicking. hahaa very cute. a ton of blood veins too. i like candling the white eggs.

Yes they are real bonus are they not!! Going to set a couple of Amber lady eggs too. Ginny my Amber lady is in with snowy and the girls as I had to rehome the other Amber lady Hermione cos she was a pain in the butt. They are fertile but not sure what or if anything will hatch from them as she is already a hybrid bird.
Will just have to see

Just been sorting through what is good to go in the incubator. Got 17 polish and the two Amber eggs. Just been out to look and two more are in the nest boxes so may have a couple more clean ones to go in as well.

i was just looking and it seems as if they are on day 12 or 13. so thursday i will put them into lockdown and see what happens ! what is an amber ?
