blood ring or blind

Providing pullets hatch from the Amber Link, they should lay well.

Pullets, I hope so. Knowing my luck I will get Roos. Ginny is a very good layer very rarely misses a day. So fingers crossed and I just have to wait untill Saturday for the first candling. I must have looked a 100 times at the incubator even though I know there is nothing to see. It's just mad :barnie

@granny hatchet How are you doing? How's the foot? Any action with your eggs? Have you been having sneaky peaks at them? Good job I have the incubator on again. All 4 week olds are sold so only have the 7 week olds left. The third one is looking a bit like a roo too.

happy ST. Pattys day , I candled last night. they all look like crap. one of mine that i added out of 3 has veining. i will wait til day 10 though

Same to you granny! Love the green colour very St Patrick's day like. Ooh heck on the eggs not looking good then. I'm behaving and stoping myself from looking yet. Not sure I will make it to Saturday though :smack

i candled the polish mix too and 2 have died . mid way again. heat spike i guess. thinking about taking some eggs out of the new bator and putting the polish in there to finish. i dont know. I put 3 of my own in there one has veining, the LF eggs, one has a ring and the 18 serama eggs , nothing. 3 very dark eggs i cant see into.

yorkshire ! 2 more days til you candle. with your white eggs you could probably see now. I have 5 mixed polish looks to be on day 14 . all of the shipped eggs were bad except i cant see in 3 of them. whats the chances of them being good. Let me know how it goes.

I know I may have to break and do them tonight it will be day 6. I'm not sure if I will see any thing in Ginny's eggs that's why I was trying to hold off untill day 7. I hope her eggs are developing, I have all sorts of weird visions in my head of what they might hatch like!! You never know on the 3 you can't see in, nature can be a wonderful thing.

Will let you know how it goes :thumbsup
