Bloody Bullied Hen...Please Help!

What does inside of coop look like?
How many birds do you have?
Shade looks to be lacking...can they get under the coop?
Would be good to find out if one bird is after her or all of them.
Might be hard to reintegrate her, is she isolated within sight of the flock?

Good ideas for hiding places:

Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!

Hi!
I have 10 hens in the finger lakes region, just south of Rochester. They get the AM sun but it’s shaded in the afternoon and they can go under the coop. We added the “skirt” over the winter so they would have more shelter from the wind and snow.
Originally I thought it was just 1 bird picking on her, but today I saw multiple gang up on her at once. I keep testing the waters with added her back to the flock but she is really afraid and ends up hiding out inside the coop. Our weather went from the 40s to 90 practically overnight so I’m concerned she won’t come out to drink so I end up putting her back in the crate that I set up in the run.
So, yes, she is isolated within sight off Th e others.
the inside of the coop is about 8’x4’ with 3 tiered roosts situated to 1 half
My flock is just a year old and this is the first time I’ve encountered this behavior. It’s also my first flock so I’m pretty unsure what to do.
