bloody egg?

I noticed that one my eggs i got today had dried blood on it...

What caused this and is my hen ok?

You'll see that from time to time. As long as it's just a minimal amount of blood streaks and not large amounts I wouldn't worry. The egg was probably a little bigger than the hen that laid it usually puts out.
