Corid is a brand name for amprolium. Do a Google search for "Corid Amprolium" and you will find several sources.

If this problem I described with lethargic chicks is cocci, where do I get corid? I searched all over the net and couldn't find anywhere to buy it. Please send me a link if you have it.

I got my Corid from a local feed store. It might be helpful to know that Corid is labeled for cattle. But it's the same substance that you need for your chickens.

Here is one place i found Corid when i did a search. They're selling the pint size for only $13.97 (plus tax and shipping i'm sure).

This chart says to use 4 mL per gallon. One teaspoon is 4.9 mL, so that gives you an idea.
