I would treat the bird with corid. Its better to be safe than sorry, although @Wyorp Rock may be able to identify it better, it does not hurt the bird to be treated with corid. Macoroni will not cause bloody stools.

Yes looks like Coccidosis. Corid for sure as a treatment. How old is the chick?

What do you normally feed?

I agree, I would treat for Coccidiosis. Corid powder dose is 1 1/2tsp and Corid Liquid is 2tsp per gallon of water. Give for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.

Coccidiosis kills quickly. I would definitely get him on Corid asap.
