I would treat the bird with corid. Its better to be safe than sorry, although @Wyorp Rock may be able to identify it better, it does not hurt the bird to be treated with corid. Macoroni will not cause bloody stools.

What do you normally feed?

I agree, I would treat for Coccidiosis. Corid powder dose is 1 1/2tsp and Corid Liquid is 2tsp per gallon of water. Give for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
