Ok it’s probably impacted crop, try to isolate her and feed soft foods like oatmeal, scrambled eggs, etc. I heard chilled coconut oil in pea sized amounts popped into her beak will help, but don’t go overboard with how much you give her.

As for the other hen is her vent maybe bleeding, that’s a lot of blood for just coccidiosis.

She hasn’t laid in like over 3 months so it’s very small but I don’t think it’s bleeding.
