It’s possible that she could be molting those feathers out. Do you see new feathers coming in in that area?
May also be that the other birds are picking on her.

Have you seen her being picked on? It's possible she might be going into molt in which case you'd see feathers on the ground.
Or she's picking the feathers herself, and she might be eating them if you dont see any laying around.
Inspect her closely for lice and mites, especially around her vent as well.

I can't see the detail very well but is there blood?
Is there a possibility she has been reaching through some wire or over some timber etc causing friction?
She's a dote btw!
