Bloody tissue in stool

Species: RIR, Black giants, barred rock, and BLRW; 20 birds total.

Age: 8 1/2months and 4 1/2 months

History: They have experienced coccidiosis in the past. ACV is added to water daily. 2 of the babies just started laying.

Issue: not sure which bird had bloody tissue in stool. Picture attached. Worried it might by coccidiosis again but wondering if it’s normal for the girls to lose tissue when laying. Has anyone experienced tissue loss without protozoan present?

Doesn't look like Coccidiosis, looks like intestinal lining due to coloring, & the texture. Intestinal shedding is normal.
