Bloody tube chicks butt

Hi i have a 8 week old chick and it has a bloody tube coming out of its butt! It also is driping out its mouth. Any suggestions?

Hm... perhaps worms? At eight weeks, I'm assuming you've got them on the ground, which would expose them to worms; so it's my initial gut instinct. If so, usually easy enough to treat with a powder you add to their water and readily available at your feed store.
