Blue Andalusian thread!

My boy is growing up. I've never been a fan of roos, but if he keeps his great attitude and personality, I'm in love.

He's a good lookin' boy.

Just keep your eyes on him. If he ever looks like he's thinking about misbehaving, take a quick step toward him. That's usually all I have to do to get those little boys to back down. If that doesn't work, you can "fly" your hand over his head. That makes them pretty nervous. You can also clap and yell "hey!" while stepping toward him.

I've found the Andalusians to be pretty easy going. I've only had one that would outright attack... he went bye bye. I had one other that I needed to watch while he watched me. We had a truce. He wouldn't attack me and I wouldn't pick him up unless I absolutely needed to.

Handsome roo. I have two sweet hatchery ladies. I have wish they were from a breeder, but they are really nice. My laying flock is starting to lay, I read that Andalusians lay taited eggs. Is this true and if so what do they look like? I have mostly brown layers, but I am trying to identify some whiter eggs.

The eggs should be white or very slightly tinted.
