Blue bloom

One of my 2 year old hens laid an egg with spotty blue bloom on it. She is a light brown layer ..would very dark purple grapes cause this ? Thank you

That's a new one on me but I think the purple grapes being the culprit is a very good guess.

I had a similar experience when my girls had eaten blueberries It certainly could be the grapes!

Blueberries, purple grapes...even watermelon will cause bluish poops.
Not sure it would effect the bloom color tho.

Were those eggs washed prior to photographing them?
