Blue/Brown Eggs, Easter/Christmas Eggs - Getting my craft on!!

I FINALLY put my ribbon and bead caps on!

And they STAYED! With the help of super glue gel. I hung 'em on the Number 2 Tree last night, and found one egg smashed on the dining room floor this morning...along with a strand of popcorn and cranberry garland. Our 6 month old cat believes these trees and their decorations are for her playing pleasure. I'm finding ornaments from the other tree strewn about the house.

Who knew this craft project would become so addicting? My husband can no longer crack eggs without checking with me to see whether I intend to blow the eggs out!
Here are a few of my latest:

My MIL sold some of my eggs at her antique/craft store! I'm so excited. I only made 11. I kept one, and the cat broke one. This coming year I fully intend to prepare myself for making more egg ornaments. Can't wait for those OE eggs from my pullets...they should be perfect for Christmas crafts!

Happy Holidays everybody.

It is weird how I wait until after Christmas to get in the mood to get back to doing some of these.

Great idea; I'm going to need an Easter tree now!

Yeah, what would be the best way to display them.
