Blue Easter Egger Pullet? Nearly 10 weeks old

Hello!

I'm new to keeping chickens and hoping to get some thoughts on whether my Blue Easter Egger from MPC is a pullet? Hatch date May 8th, so they are 9 weeks old and will turn 10 weeks on Sunday 7/16. She is my most vocal and making little bok noises sometimes. I just hope it doesn't turn into a crow because my (once rural) town doesn't allow roosters. I get a little anxious because I really like this bird, so I suppose I'm looking for some reassurance. hehe She was my most friendly chick, although the SBEL is now in a tie with her for friendliness.

Pretty sure this is a pullet, judging by the comb and coloring.

My daughters bring our EE's inside almost everyday and they are the best bird to take a quick nap while watching TV or doing homework. Really love your girls coloring.
