I don't think mix, because there are several being shown by different people.

A chicken hybrid is a mix. Unless a private breeder is creating them, I cannot think of a hatchery that is producing BBS rose combed "hybrids".

Can you ask any of the exhibitors that have them there?

I've seen them with dark shanks too. Betting foot bottoms are yellow. Just not sure why they'd be in the hybrid class.

I have a few.... 'specialty' mixes I sell in the spring, so even if they're mixes, it wouldn't be a surprise if multiple families had them

Yes, that was confusing. I meant barnyard mix.

Most everyone is pretty ignorant. I'll ask though.

pretty bird. I look forward to learning what it is. I had no idea how many breeds of chickens there were until i got mine and joined here lol. Its actually pretty fun to see how you all look at the traits and determine what they are.

They call them Blue Stars, or at least that's what the tags say.
