Hey guys need your help ASAP this guy in craigslist is trying to sell me 3BLRW and he sent me this 4 pics, 2 of the chicks and the parents, but i noticed hes sending this particular pic of one of the parents and i have seen this pic before in this forum, i believe the hen in the pic come from foley birds line, could the chicks may come from this line? Or this guy is trying to fool around with pics from the internet? Other thing, what you guys think about the chicks? They kind of look like black instead of blue to me

I've pm'd her to see if maybe she's the one selling the chicks... if so grab them, IMO.

I would ask for a picture of a rooster..a different picture
you have two pullets pictured above. I do not see a rooster pictured.
The chicks are BLR..I see a definite blue. Sometimes the blues are so dark they look black at this age. However if i had to guess it would be two black. (I personally love the black)
You can't judge quality of chicks by those tiny birds. They look nice and round and healthy. The feather markings at this age are not always good.

i agree no rooster picture and i will ask him for a pic of the roo, the thing is, that hes saying that hes selling them for a friend so, if hes messing around with stolen pics from the internet he can easily say that he has to ask the friend for pics and bla, blah, blah but we'll see, youre the second persone saying that def is a blue in those 3 chicks, which one is the one that it look blue, you guys have a trained eye, for me they all look black and i like the black ones but for the price this guy is asking i will only grab the blue if is one between this 3

I would ask for a picture of a rooster..a different picture
you have two pullets pictured above. I do not see a rooster pictured.
The chicks are BLR..I see a definite blue. Sometimes the blues are so dark they look black at this age. However if i had to guess it would be two black. (I personally love the black)

not a person from here, a guy thru craigslist is selling those chicks for a friend as a favor, but he said those are the parents, 2 hens no roo, lol. Could those chicks hatch from eggs of one of those hens? Who knows, may be they do, may be he just find those pics to try to sell the chicks, but like people say those chicks looks black and the weird thing is, that the price for those chicks is kind of high and hes being pushy to make the deal

I think I may have figured it out.
I did sell (super cheap) 5 4 week old chicks at the weekend. I thought he wanted quality breeders to keep. I think 2 splash and 3 darker ones. They do look very like the ones I sold, and the same age (and fatness ). In that case then they are may have come from the hens pictured or similar.
I am shocked that they were just turned around for a profit so fast.
