Hi everyone, I was just hoping to get people's feedback if my blue leghorn was a she or he. I have another that's got a bigger comb and his tail feathers are more pointy. This one.. I'M unsure about. I got them I a group of 9 hens when they were 6 weeks. They are now 16/17 see me. I know it's a waiting game but I just can't help keep thinking about it.
Ps: the last pic is of the roo. The others is of the one I'm not sure about

Welcome to the wonderful world of chicken keeping, I hope you enjoy the BYC community.
It looks like a hen.
Are the hackle feathers shiny and does it have shiny pointed feathers going towards the tail and are its wing long and round?
P.S. Hackle feather means neck feathers.
If you can post a picture of its back that would be great.

Thanks for that feedback @lotha - That's my favourite chicken so it's a bit sad. I only really picked up chicken keeping again and realise it's going to be hard to part with roos or older hens . Will try to find a home for him then
