Blue Maran Chicks

I have two blue maran chicks that are three weeks old. One is smaller than the other one. Does that mean one may be a pullet and one a cockerel? Or, one is just going to be smaller than the other one?

probably no indication of sex due to size at that age. Will probably have to wait for a crow or a comb. Good luck
