So if I want females only I would have to buy an older chick? I don’t mind. Do you vaccinate them for Marek’s? Do you breed any other breeds of chickens. I was thinking of going to Schaefer’s farm in Flemington for chicks this year, as my family friend uses them and the birds are very good quaility.

If you want females then yes you would have to get older chicks,I do not vaccinate I just raise as pets and eggs.
Blue Partridge Brahma is the only breed I have the roosters and hens are very quit and calm (beautiful)

No wonder they are stunning. Gosh they’re all so beautiful. If I came to buy 1 or 2 I’d probably go home with one of each color. My mom would definitely not be happy with me.

The Blue , Splash and Golds are all good looking birds and each color has different shades

Yup they get big. My avatar is my light brahma rooster Marcy who I had to rehome. I miss him.
