Has anyone used this brand? I’ve heard super good things. Currently I use Purina layena and my eggs and birds are ok i’m satisfied with it but my flock of easter eggers are egg eating and ive always found this to be dietary I swapped to a local feed mills feed and it stopped but I was really unhappy with the quality of it and swapped back to Purina and it’s started again. This cost me 50 cents more than Purina (so no big deal) Curious as to what everyones opinions are.

I just bought a bag of it yesterday so I'm not much of a help, but it looks good, no dust or crumble, good pellets. I fed the Blue Seal multi flock feed till I ended up with a pullet laying shell-less eggs so I switched to layer. Time will tell, but I don't foresee any issues.

I've never used it, but my mom fed BlueSeal layers feed and their cracked corn to her 50 Chickens and Ducks for 30 years.
I've checked the BlueSeal website and I like the ingredients and analysis of the feeds.

The only thing I didn't like about the feeds when I was a kid is when my mom told me to get the 100 pound bags of feed and corn out of her car and put it in the shed. GC

I really like their multi flock chick/gamebird 22% and their breeder pellets. I noticed a big difference in my chicks this year, they hatched well and were more active right out of the shell. I switched to breeder about 2 months before I started collecting eggs. The only issues I have is the store I get them at the bags are 3-4 months old and stored in the back so I can’t pick the freshest bag. So I’m going to a feed mill that will mix my feed same day and uses fish meal so I’m switching.
