Blue Star chicken - info?

I think it's an olive egger. Might be a boy depending on the age of the chicken vs the size of the wattles. But that head poof is, IMO, from cream crested legbar parentage - they're a blue or green egg layer often crossed with barred rock or really any brown egg layer to create olive eggers.

Someone is crowing....I'm trying to find out who.

The crower might be the one you showed. That bird does have a rather large comb & wattles for 10 weeks old.

Oh, goodness, 10 weeks old? I'm heavily leaning towards cockerel. If it was 14-15 weeks, it could be a hen pinking up to lay, but wattles and comb that large and red that early? I'm thinking cockerel here.
