Female, just turned 31, happily married to my high school sweetheart, and no children!

But we do have a dog, a cat, 2 Magpie ducklings, 9 standard pullets, and 6 cochin bantams.

There should be a poll or a chart for this kind of thing... the results would be interesting!

Just to make lots of you feel better....64, female, retired, married and mother of five grown daughters and ten grandchildren. Raising chickens has been a new beginning for me. Always, young at heart, this is like a new life with the chicks. Actually, I am quite proud of my age and not to mention a bit surprised when I say the number.
