Oh...I know who she is...but the real Dragon Lady is out here in CA and raises Shamo's and Asils. (Suzann Chung)...now she is one I won't mess with!

my sister collected them to this day if she sees them at auctions or flea market..they go home with her

A Southern Dragonlady works a bit differently.......We generally kill with charm, but carry as backup.

Question for you more experienced chicken people. I have some 6 month old RIR chickens in one coop that I let out every day and lock them up at night and I have another coop with some 6 week old chicks in it that I want to free range during the day also. Should I alternate and let each one out every other day or will they be fine together? Will they go back to their own coops or start mingling together? Coops are only 10' apart.

Mine did the same. But so far as if they'll be ok mingled, it depends on how much area they have and if they have ample spaces to run to in case they get picked on.

Thanks. I have 6 acres for them to run on and woods behind that. I think they should have plenty of room to hide if they need to.
