Good Morning,

My Heritage New Hampshire babies are 3 wks. old today, and wanted to share some photos of these lovely additions into our small menagerie. I love heritage breeds, and am hoping to be able to do my small share of saving the numbers of some of these wonderful animals who are being forgotten amongst the new fashion designer breeds. I love the old/heritage breeds and deeply appreciate their virtues.

Dear Walt, thank you very, very much for these gorgeous birds who add joy, and wonder into my life. Also, thank you very much for patiently answering my questions, and for all your help.

Lual

Cute babies Lual ! They glow, even as chicks. Nice head on that cockerel too !

Well bred NH's are a pleasure to behold and be around too as adults.

I agree especially this strain they get the most oohs an ahs well along with those hugemoungous GSBR males too here at the farm from my visitors whom most of have never seen the "real deal" type chickens, LOL

Clay won big some place and saw the picture in the Poultry Press. I thought it was the best picture of a large fowl for that issue. I wonder what blood line they came from?

Big Dark Cornish are few and far between. I had some from Mr. Roy in Louisiana twenty years ago. He won big with them back then.

Not a great breed for a beginner. I never hatched any from the trio I got from him. The foxes got to them was stupid . They where stunning birds however.

Nice to hear Tagalog on the second link, Bob.
