You need a hygrometer to test the humidity. Walmart has some hygro/thermo combos that are $6. They are manufactured by a company called Springfield.
Bobwhite eggs take 23-24 days to hatch, not 21.

Yes, bobwhite eggs take between 23-25 days to hatch. The 21 day hatch is mostly for chickens. They tend to hatch between 21-22 days.

I¡¦m actually testing the, afore mentioned SKU# 7158903935 hydrometer /temp and give it high marks for its hydrometer functions. The temp is iffy, but the hydrometer is within 5% in my¡KTotal non scientific tests. The wet bulb people will school me now. ƒº

By the way¡Kthis forum ROCKS! Very nice peeps here!

Hey Tony, and howdy to your Grandson!!!
I am new to the board and I’m not sure about everyone’s personality yet, so I have to ask.
Are you pulling my leg? Maybe because I did something silly.
I’m also curious as to what books/sources tell you that bobwhite quail eggs hatch in 21 days
