I am going to guess your humidity was way higher than you think it was throughout which can cause major issues.

You are in a tough spot now.
You can leave them be and see what happens or you can finish opening those few and hope they were actually ready to hatch.

Yes, I'll just wait and see. The few that are partially opened seem tp be doing alright as of right now and the other 11 have piped too.

Three out of the four eggs I helped have hatched and are doing well! Fourth one still needs time.

Okay, so they are all now hatched but I have a new problem. One of my baby quails that I was holding in my garage got away. Like ran under a few shelves and refrigerator that we have outside. I can’t even see it now. Does anyone know if they is any way to get it out? I can’t move anything to get to him.
