Matter of fact, I wonder sometimes if I'm the only one with JUST Bobwhites!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've got ~300 from 2 months to full grown......and just put another 114 eggs in lockdown just a few minutes ago. It's not a passion.........it's an obsession!

They are little egg machines.I have 2 trios and a pair all in one pen, everyone seems to get along great, even after putting a young pair in the 2 adult trios. There was no fighting or disputes.
I got mine from Scott O'Brien in Jefferson,Ma.He must have hundreds of them by now.I got mine around June and he had 300 adults and who knows how many eggs ready to incubate.
In N.H.,Tony.

We are in Delaware and need a permit. It is free for 25 or less birds with no selling.
It's $11.50 for more than 25 and you can breed and sell
We only have 13 but went ahead and paid for the permit.
They turned 4 weeks Friday.
When can we turn off the heat lamp?
How do you keep them from flying away?
We have had Coturnix for a year now and was told Bob's were not much differentso took the plunge but dang they are fast.
Everytime I open the brooder at least one gets out and flys around the house.
I am terrified that when we put them in a pen outside they will fly away
