Boiled eggs don't peel easy

Last night, I took some brown eggs right out from under my Rhode Island Reds and Black Sex Links into the house and tried putting them in boiling water with a little salt for 14 minutes.............. 5 out of 6 eggs pealed just like the stale eggs at the grocery store. Incredible.
 
I have been hard pressed to find a recipe for a perfect hardboiled egg until last week. Even my fresh ones come out great.

Put eggs into pan
Fill to about 1 inch over the top of the egg with cold water. I add a teaspoon of salt.
Put on stove and turn to high heat.
When water comes to full boil ( and I mean a full rolling boil) remove from heat and cover.
Let them stand covered for 10 - 12 minutes.
Drain and put them into ice water until cool.

That's it.
