I don't know if it's me or what, but I had always heard that the fresher an egg is the harder it is to peel when you boil it. Well the other day I wanted some boiled eggs in my salad for lunch and I picked up three of the eggs I had just brought in from the coop. those had to be the easiest eggs I've ever peeled and I'm sure they were the freshest eggs I've ever boiled. I was wondering if anyone else has ever had the same experience?
