Bold butt near vent up too chest

Your hen may have a disease that's affecting her ability to grow back feathers that she's lost from molt.

If she was under attack by red mites in the coop, her skin would be red and irritated. If she was being plucked by the other chickens, she would be showing some pin feather stubble.

So I'm leaning toward some sort of pathogen in her that is affecting her immune system, prevent normal feather re-growth.

You could give her Poultry Nutri-drench daily. Or you could buy Feather Fixer for her which is a pricey feed that encourages feather growth. It might help.
 
That's the strange part she grew back all her feathers after her molt she looked normal and fully feathered it's just not till recently that she has lost them again

I'm really at a loss with this one maybe tonight I'll try too get a pick of her bottom too post too see what you think
 
Well here is an up date I started free ranging the birds again for our snow is gone now and her feathers are starting too grow back!!! So I don't think it was bugs but maybe the stress of the winter?
