Book recommendations

Can anyone recommend me some good books. I am interested in finding out about breeds and gentics of colours, esp changing the colours of chickens (mainly Faverolles) without changing the characteristics of the breed.

there are a lot of free older books at different locations for kindle or other reader that can be downloaded on laptop, or pc or tablet..just type free e reader poultry books .harverd U. cornell book store has free e-books ect...lots of them are interesting and valuable today.
