I spent a ton of time with mine right from the very beginning, and now they're super loveable and snuggly. It makes it easy to care for them. You can pick them up to inspect them easily.

Not only am I talking about chickens I have been talking to and reading to my chicks! They arrived Tuesday and I have not been able to spend very much time socializing with then. This evening I just pulled up a chair and chatted with them. They are great conversationalists - just a few stink eyes when they were ready to stop chatting and snooze.

If we all had chicks to chat with the world would be a better place!
