I wouldn't feed that high a percentage of scratch. I'd feed mostly layer pellet and then a little bit of scratch and a little bit of BOSS. No reason you can't feed both, but it should be an extra treat, not their main food.
The layer pellets are a balanced diet and you are unbalancing the diet by feeding so much high calorie, non-complete feed. Sort of like raising a kid on a diet of half ice cream. It's intended to be a treat, not the meal.
