I no longer deal with ebay for anything but I had an issue once before with a seller, same bs you are getting but over an SLR camera i really wanted I paid and all and received nothing never answered email. Paypal contacted the seller and same thing, no answer they refunded my money a week later.

6 months down the line the seller sends me an email telling he was out of the country, and that I should have no left neg feed back...what ever bad feed back deserved, that same day i left my feedback about 20 others did too, all bad!!!!

I think the seller only has a few days to respond...maybe just 48 hours. I've had to escalate to claim before and paypal has been very good with my returns. You'll get your money back for sure. But keep on them....you can even get live help through paypal to answer any questions...they have a contact # also a live chat person to help you out.
