Okay, she's acting very strange. I responded on 10/11 with:

"Thank you for getting back to me. I would just like a refund, as I purchased other eggs in the meantime. Thanks."

and again on 10/14:

"Hello? Please send my refund. Thanks."

On 10/15 I finally get a response:
"I recieved box back today, Please send me your address, box said undeliverable no such address. These eggs will not hatch now thats for sure. I will pick and send you 12 fresh eggs today. Please send address ASAP. Thanks"

and I replied today with:
"I would just really like a refund now. Please do this as soon as possible."

Why would she go ahead and send them when I asked for a refund? And not tell me she sent them at all until they were "sent back to her"?!? I have ordered quite a few shipped eggs and no one had a problem delivering to my address. Is she just jerking my chain? This is getting me irritated.

Shes trying to make a paper trail saying that she SENT you the eggs and you gave her a false address... so she dosent have to refund your money,,
Yup.. shes scamming big time! You better report this ASAP to paypal..

Hi! I gather she did not use *Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation*?

I'd keep pushing for a refund if I were you.

I have no idea if she used delivery confirmation as I told her to give me a refund. I had no idea she was even going to send them because I told her I didn't want them, just a refund. I don't think she tried to send them at all, she's just trying to say she did.

I just the same breed of eggs from two different people. I contacted the seller to ask when they would be shipped he sent a message which I didn't receive but the eggs from the other place had a tracking number so I was confused for a moment. So he emailed me back and sent me the tracking number WITH conformation number so I could track it with the post office. The eggs sent out on wed from IL and KY I live in California I came home from working yesterday so Friday afternoon and had 2 boxes of eggs waiting for me perfectly intact all the paper work clearly attatched to the box.

I worked for a mailing center and I do know how they cannot guarentee shipping however there are ways to keep track of things I've had really good luck and I 'm getting another set of eggs in the mail sometime this upcoming week so I'll see how this goes. Like the others said she is making herself a paper trail keep track of everything you've said to her.
