Boy or Girl 12 week EE

This is my 12 week EE and I'm having a hard time figuring out boy or girl. Coloring and comb say roo to me but tail feathers look more pullet. Anyone have any ideas???

Interesting, at 12 weeks you'd think he'd have more tail, and I'm not really seeing any saddle feathers, but I'd still vote boy, the head, stout legs, and dark red feathers coming in say boy, wonder if it is just a really slow maturing male.

Grab him and look at the emerging feathers on his lower back. I bet they're pointed. It's not uncommon for saddles to be just emerging at this age. A few more weeks and you'll see them easily.

Ya, I thought so too. We got 3 EE's hoping for hens and got 3 boys

The other two are very aggressive and fight all the time so they won't be around much longer. This one is much sweeter so will try to find a good home since we can't have roos in our area. Thanks for the help!!
