Boys or girls or too early to tell?

These are our 3.5week old chicks- an isa brown and an Australorp (I think)
Any idea if they are boys or girls??

Might be a little early to know for sure but I'll vote pullets for now.

Little early, but I'm not sure that's an Australorp. They usually have more white on them still at this age. Do you have pics of it as a chick? What do the bottom of the feet look like? Honestly it looks like an Ayam cemani in these pics to me

Both look like pullets, but they are young. I also agree with @cstephens1987 about the black one
