How about this one. I'm not sure what he is. Looks like a silkie but has only 4 toes on one foot and 5 on the other

Agree the first looks like a rooster. The second one has a pretty big comb already for a silkie and would vote rooster on that one also right now. Silkies don't always have 5 toes on each foot so he could very will be a pet bred silkie if not a mix.
