After years of neglect I finally got this done.
It probably took a few days to make overall, and I almost ran out of orange yarn at one point, but my mom managed to find the exact right color again.
He’s got some kidney and pinto beans in him for weight, but also stuffing. I didn’t use a pattern, I just freehanded the whole thing, so he’s got imperfections.
I was anxious about doing the hind legs, but they came out amazing and I’m SO happy with them.
His wingspan is 24.5 in and from nose to tail-tip he’s 19.5 in. His name is Kalmar.
