Is it true that bantam Brahmas, if a roo will tend to feather in more slowly than a pullet? I have a buff and a light. They are only about 6 days old but the buff is already getting wing feathers where as the light is not.

In researching them I read that in a couple places.just wanted to see if anyone else had that experience.I've never particularly noticed that.
