rapid growth in the last couple of weeks, much bigger than our other Brahma(same age)

Barnyard mix— bought as a white leghorn(?) barred feather on each wing

The growth and redness of the comb at this age means cockerel.

The white mix is probably mixed with barred rock. Both look like cockerels, though I would give the brahma a little more time.

Eat them or rehome them to someone who is likely to eat them.
If you happen to get a good one, people are pretty regularly looking for a nice rooster.
